1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup salt
1/2 tbsp cream of tartare
1/2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp of colour
Mix all of your ingredients into a saucepan.
Put over a low heat and cook until the dough comes together into a ball, roughly 3 minutes.
Take the dough out of the saucepan and knead the dough for a minute or two.
While the dough is still warm, add your colour!
Place in an airtight container or bag and keep for up to 3 weeks.

Mix:
1/2 cup salt
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons of cream of tarter
then add:
1 cup water
1 tablespoon oil
food colouring
Stir, cook on medium heat until dough is pliable.
Food colouring can be added last if you want to cook dough first then separate into smaller pieces to make multiple colours.
Store in airtight container or zip-lock bag in refrigerator.
