You will need:
3 cups of rice bubbles
3 mars bars, chopped (or 9 x fun size 20g bars)
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of golden syrup
1 block of cooking chocolate
Method:
Place rice bubbles in a large bowl.
In a separate microwave safe bowl, add chopped mars bars, butter and golden syrup - microwave in 30 second blocks until melted. OR melt in a saucepan, on a low temp, continually stirring until melted.
Add melted mixture to rice bubbles and stir until well covered.
Pop mixture into a slice tray and press flat with back of a spoon. Chill in fridge
Melt block of chocolate in microwave bowl in 30 second blocks OR melt in a saucepan, on a low temp, continually stirring, until smooth and cover the rice bubble mixture, use a knife or spatula to spread.
Chill in the fridge and then cut to serve.
