FlickPT is one of the Bellarine Peninsulas most respected & leading outdoor fitness trainers.

Group training in a non-intimidating outdoor environment, as well as indoor training in Flick's own home gym.  
Designed to help you develop a weekly fitness habit catering for all fitness levels.
All year round we run 10 week seasonal Fitcamps & programs. 
Our Fitcamps are designed for all abilities:
Each session is different with a mix of interval training, circuits, stairs, boxing, Kettlebells, sandbags, ropes, beach/sand sessions & more!
Session options include 6am, 10.30am (family friendly) and 6pm.

Our classes are run by trainer Flick who qualification to work safely with pre & post natal Mums. Sessions are the perfect introduction to  exercise & rebuilding your body from the inside out.
Sessions are held in Ocean Grove & Leopold, please contact us for our up to date program dates and locations.

These sessions are available 30, 45 or 60mins are generally located outdoors or in the FlickPT studio. Depending on your goals, PT sessions are can be based on weight loss, strength, running, boxing or just a mix of functional training that will challenge you but keep you coming back for more. If you are serious about a goal for example; an event/race, weight loss, rehabilitation or life changing results, personal training can be the way to go.

HIIT pilates (with low intensity regressions) is a series of exercises to improve posture & core, strengthen pelvis, abdomen, trunk, back & improve flexibility. The exercises are performed on a mat with short bursts of work, minimal rest & sweat... whilst mixing dumbbells, bodyweight & tunes. Our classes are run by qualified Pilates instructor Chelsea Swan.

This type of training is basically for EVERYONE!
Newbies to exercise (or Pilates)
Athletes or regular exercisers to compliment their training schedule
Pre & Post Natal safe (scaling options)
