‘Blow Your Mind’ Banoffee Bowl!

INGREDIENTS

For the Chia Pudding

  • 3 Tb Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Oat Milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

 

For the Banoffee Sauce

  • ½ Cup Tahini (or nut butter)
  • 2 mashed Bananas
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

 

For the Chocolate Sauce

  • ¼ Cup Dark Sugar Free Chocolate

 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl mix together all of the Chia pudding ingredients and allow to sit for 20 minutes
  • In the meantime, mix together all of the sauce ingredients and then use a stick blender to blend until smooth
  • Using the double boiler method, melt the chocolate

 

Now it’s time to layer!

  • Place 2 Tb of the pudding in the bottom of a glass (makes enough for about 2 standard glasses)
  • Top with 2 Tb of the sauce
  • Repeat
  • Pour 1 Tb of the chocolate over the top
  • Decorate with sliced bananas
